They will make specific agreements to get your business and then cut major corners (that are hard for you to see) to lower their costs once they are actually doing the work—even to the point of not completing the job properly or doing it in such a way that is seriously below standard and not as agreed. He initially will make explicit agreements and then not stand by them. Kehoe does not stand on quality work--they are all about volume and getting to the next job. And if you ask to discuss the work they did, they shout and swear so that it seems impossible to reach a common understanding. Be very, very careful before using Kehoe. They are dangerous. Buyer beware.
